  • Identifying and appointing architects, town planners, quantity surveyors, agents and others to create a team to meet a client’s needs
  • Holding regular team meetings checking progress, identifying concerns, monitoring costs and forming response strategies to events
  • Holding regular marketing meetings with letting and funding agents to monitor progress towards delivery
  • Regular financial reporting to identify risks to income and profit out-turns
